Appointment Booking:

Gabriella Vegh Aesthetics LLC requires a non-refundable deposit as well as a card on file to hold your appointment. We kindly ask that you do not bring anyone with you. Please fill out the intake and consent forms prior to your treatment to avoid cutting into your appointment time. Clients must fillout all documents prior to their session.

Late Policy:

Here at Gabriella Vegh Aesthetics LLC we pride ourselves on high quality service and punctuality. If you are less than 15 minutes late it will simply cut into your originally scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable. At Gabriella Vegh Aesthetics LLC, we value your time and money; please have the same consideration with us. We ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment. This will allow us to fill that time slot and offer it to other clients.

Arriving more than 15 mins late or same day cancellation/ rescheduling or no show will result in your deposit being forfeited as well as an additional 50% charge of your full service price.

No shows will not be permitted to book in the future.

As a courtesy, we send text and email reminders prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Policy:

Gabriella Vegh Aesthetics LLC does not offer any refunds or returns. This applies to all deposits services and/or products.

Rescheduling Policy:

Your appointment may be rescheduled twice. If you reschedule a third time then you will be required to make a new deposit. Reschedules must be made within 21 days or your deposit will be forfeited.
